Getting to the Kalindi Khal Trek

The trek starts from the town of Gangotri, which is located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The nearest airport is the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, which is located at a distance of approximately 230 km from Gangotri. The nearest railway station is the Haridwar Railway Station, which is located at a distance of approximately 240 km from Gangotri.

The Kalindi Khal Trek takes approximately 15-16 days to complete. Here is a brief itinerary of the trek:

Day 1: Gangotri to Bhojwasa (14 km)

The trek starts from Gangotri and takes you to Bhojwasa, a beautiful campsite located at an altitude of approximately 3,800 meters.

Day 2: Bhojwasa to Nandanvan (10 km)

The trek takes you to Nandanvan, a stunning campsite located at an altitude of approximately 4,400 meters.

Day 3: Rest day at Nandanvan
