The International Rose Test Garden, located within Washington Park, is a horticultural haven and a tribute to the city’s nickname, “The City of Roses.” It features over 10,000 rose bushes representing more than 650 varieties. Visitors are treated to an explosion of colors and fragrances as they stroll through carefully manicured rows of roses. The garden also provides stunning views of downtown Portland and the surrounding mountains. It’s a popular spot for picnics, romantic walks, and photography.
