Padmakshi Temple is a Hindu temple located in the heart of Hanamkonda, a suburb of Warangal in Telangana, India. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Padmakshi, who is considered as the incarnation of Goddess Mahalakshmi. It is believed that the temple was constructed during the 12th century by the Kakatiya dynasty rulers, and it has undergone renovations and restorations several times over the centuries.

The architecture of Padmakshi Temple reflects the Kakatiya style of construction, characterized by intricately carved pillars, elaborate gopurams (entrance towers), and exquisite sculptures. The temple complex has three main shrines dedicated to Goddess Padmakshi, Lord Shiva, and Lord Vishnu.

The main deity, Goddess Padmakshi, is depicted as having four hands, holding a lotus, a conch, a mace, and a discus. The idol is adorned with rich jewelry and colorful clothes. The shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva is situated adjacent to the main sanctum, and it houses a lingam. The shrine of Lord Vishnu is located on the other side of the temple complex and features an idol of Lord Vishnu in a reclining position.

The temple is known for its grand annual festival, which takes place during the months of February and March, and lasts for 10 days. The festival is celebrated with great pomp and show and attracts devotees from all over the country. During the festival, various rituals are performed, and a procession of the goddess is taken out in a grand chariot.
