- Camp overnight in Shingra Koma.
Day 3: Shingra Koma to Tibb Cave (3,800m)
- Start trekking from Shingra Koma and trek to Tibb Cave.
- The trek is approximately 5-6 hours long and involves walking on the frozen Zanskar River.
- Carry enough water and snacks, and wear warm clothes.
- Camp overnight in Tibb Cave.
Day 4: Tibb Cave to Naerak Camp (4,400m)
- Trek from Tibb Cave to Naerak Camp, which is the highest point of the trek.
- The trek is approximately 6-7 hours long and involves walking on the frozen river and passing through narrow gorges.
- The altitude gain is significant, so take enough rest and stay hydrated.
- Camp overnight in Naerak Camp.
Day 5: Naerak Camp to Tibb Cave (3,800m)
- Trek back from Naerak Camp to Tibb Cave.
- The trek is approximately 6-7 hours long and involves walking on the frozen river and passing through narrow gorges.
- Camp overnight in Tibb Cave.
Day 6: Tibb Cave to Shingra Koma (3,300m) and Drive to Leh
- Trek back from Tibb Cave to Shingra Koma.

- Drive back to Leh and spend the night in a hotel.
