Premium Tour: Siem Reap Stopover Tour Package (3 Nights / 4 Days)

In the early morning, we will transfer to the world-famous temples in the Angkor archaeological site, listed by UNESCO since December 14th, 1992. Our tour starts with a visit to Angkor Wat to witness the spectacular sunrise behind the temple. After enjoying the sunrise, we will continue to explore the Angkor Wat complex before returning to the hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, our tour continues with a visit to the South Gate of Angkor Thom and Bayon temple, located in the center of Angkor Thom. We will walk through the city of Angkor Thom to rediscover more temples such as Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Terrace of Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King. Next, we will visit the famous Ta Prom temple, also known as the Tomb Raider temple, which was filmed in the movie Tomb Raider. This temple is unique among the Angkor temples because it is still surrounded by the jungle, just like all the Angkor temples when they were lost to the jungle for four centuries from the 16th to the 19th century. After exploring the site, we will have lunch at a local restaurant and then continue our tour to Banteay Kdei and Sras Srang, which was once known as the royal swimming pool. We will then transfer back to your hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, you will be transferred to Tonle Sap, the largest lake in Southeast Asia, which was listed by UNESCO as a natural biosphere in 1997. You will take a cruise to visit the floating villages and witness the daily life of the Khmer people living on the lake. These villages consist of houses built on boats and bamboo rafts, floating schools, floating markets, and freshwater mangroves surrounding the lake. After that, you will continue to explore the city and visit Wat Bo and Artisan D’ Angkor before being transferred to Siem Reap International Airport for your next flight to your next destination.
