Myanmar, also known as Burma, is a diverse and culturally rich country located in Southeast Asia. It shares borders with several countries, including China, Thailand, Laos, Bangladesh, and India. With a population of over 54 million people, Myanmar has a fascinating history that spans thousands of years.
Upon your arrival at Yangon International Airport, our tour guide will extend a warm welcome and assist you with the transfer to your hotel. The sightseeing tour will begin with a visit to the old colonial-style city center, which includes the City Hall, Mahabandoola Park featuring the Independence Monument, Pansodan Street, and the Yangon Jetty - all of which can be reached by car. Next, we will visit the renowned Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market, known for its variety of shops selling souvenirs, handicrafts, luxury items, footwear, clothing, jewelry, foodstuff, and paintings (please note that it is closed on Mondays and public holidays). In the afternoon, the tour will proceed to the Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, which houses a massive reclining Buddha, followed by a visit to the Karaweik Hall on the Royal Lake and Kandawgyi Park, where you can relax and take photos. Lastly, we will visit the world-famous Shwedagon Pagoda to witness its golden dome shimmering in the sunlight before sunset.

In the early morning, board a domestic flight to Bagan, which is widely regarded as one of Asia's top archaeological destinations. Upon arriving at the airport in Bagan, we will visit the vibrant Nyaung U market before exploring some of the city's most renowned pagodas and temples. Our itinerary will include a visit to the Shwezigon Pagoda, which is the most magnificent among the 2,200 pagodas in Bagan, although it was initially constructed by King Anawyahta in the 11th century. After that, we will visit the Htilominlo Temple and the Gubaukgyi (Wet Kyi Inn) Temple, a 13th-century cave temple known for its interesting frescoes of sconces from the Jataka.
In the afternoon, we will continue our excursion by visiting a lacquerware workshop where we can observe how traditional methods of lacquerware creation have been passed down from generation to generation. Afterward, we will explore additional pagodas throughout Bagan, including the Ananda Temple, which is the most exquisite pagoda in Bagan, renowned for its wooden standing Buddha images from the 12th century. Next, we will see the highest Thetbyinnyu Temple and the most extensive Dhamayangyi Temple, which is famous for its interlocking mortar and thick brickwork. In the late afternoon, we will relax and enjoy the stunning scenery of Bagan while watching the sunset.

Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride
For an optional activity, you can take a hot-air balloon ride to witness the start of the day and see the ancient city of Bagan from a bird's eye view. You will be able to admire thousand-year-old pagodas, temples, and the grand Ayeyarwaddy River as the balloon gently drifts guided by the wind, with the sun slowly rising in the sky. This is an incredibly thrilling experience that you will cherish forever. However, the balloon operates only from October 1 to April 10.
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before boarding a flight to Heho. Upon arrival, you will embark on a scenic drive across the Shan Plateau and up the hills to visit the fascinating Pindaya Cave, a natural limestone cave. Along the way, you can feast your eyes on the magnificent views of the colorful plantations that dot the landscape.
Upon reaching Pindaya, you will visit the Pindaya Cave, which is home to over 8,000 Buddha images, and the enchanting Shwe U Min Pagoda. You will also have the opportunity to explore a local handicraft workshop, where you can observe the production of Shan paper and traditional umbrellas, providing you with insight into the local people's close relationship with nature.
Later in the afternoon, you will take a break and stop to admire the awe-inspiring big banyan trees at the base of the Pindaya Hill, providing a great photo opportunity. Finally, you will proceed to the hotel.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel, and then immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of Inle Lake by boat. This picturesque lake is located 1,328 meters above sea level, and it is 22 kilometers long and 11 kilometers wide. The lake is renowned for its floating islands and skilled fishermen.
During your sightseeing tour, you will visit several attractions, including the 5-day rotating market (only on market day), the iconic Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, the Silk Weaving and Lotus Cotton Weaving Village, Cheroot Making and other cottage industries, and a Silversmith Workshop, among others.
Before returning to the hotel, you will also have the opportunity to admire the stunning Buddha alters crafted by native artisans and the abundance of teak posts at the Nga Phe Chaung Monastery. Finally, you will return to the hotel through the floating gardens.
